Refund and Return Policy
At Totesential, we want you to be completely satisfied with the products purchased from our website. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you have the right to return the products in accordance with the policy below.

According to current legislation, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date you took possession of them, without needing to provide any reason.
2. Conditions for return
To be accepted for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

3. How to initiate a return
To return a product, it's simple:

You will receive instructions regarding the shipping method for the package. Note: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
Once the package reaches us and we verify the condition of the product, we will process the refund.
The refund for the product value will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to return (we may withhold the refund until the product is received or until proof that it has been shipped is provided).
The money will be refunded to you using the same payment method used for the purchase (or via bank transfer, if you paid cash on delivery).
5. Damaged or defective products
If you received a defective or damaged product during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email, attaching a few clear photos of the problem, and we will replace it quickly or provide a full refund, covering the shipping costs ourselves.
